Yes, worth it. It took me a while, but I finally found the body I was after, but I wanted a different head. Based on the reviews here, I sent an email to the seller and got a response back very quickly. After a couple of emails back and forth to settle the details, we agreed on what I wanted and the price. Now here is where I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The customization requests were no problem. The seller gave me the discount she had mentioned before, as well as a couple of extra wigs. That was an even better surprise!
